Pablo Augusto Krahl, Professor at Presbyterian University Mackenzie and State University of Maringá in Brazil, Member of the editorial board of Frontiers in Build Environment Journal.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the State University of Maringá (UEM) and completed the master's and PhD in Structural Engineering at the University of São Paulo (USP). He completed his postdoctoral studies at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Recently, he has been developing research on steel-concrete composite structures, applying recycled aggregate concrete, Ultra-High Strength concrete, and High-Strength steel. Also, it researches the optimization of structures focused on sustainability and investigates corrosion on high-strength steels. It works mainly in the following areas: Experimental studies in fiber-reinforced concrete, Composite Structures, Precast Concrete, and Finite Element Method applied to structures.
