Dr. Eng. K. Drożdżol has been working at the Department of Bridges, Geotechnics and Construction Processes of the Opole University of Technology (Poland) since 2011. His scientific and research interests concern on the area of fire safety of buildings, heating and environmental protection in construction.
He has repeatedly performed the role of research and development manager within the framework of the implemented grants and international research groups within the framework of the conducted researchs works.
The results of the research conducted under his supervision are published in prestigious international scientific publications Elsevier and Springer, Sage, MDPI. The obtained and written effects have been awarded many times. The research which he described in his doctoral dissertation was awarded by the Polish Minister of Science and Higher Education, which is a very great achievement.
Krzysztof Drożdżol in his achievements has patents that have been implemented. In the past, he participated and organized many international conferences. His scientific tasks are carried out in close cooperation with industry and legislators. He is a member and chair of standardization committees and the accreditation council. He constantly reviews scientific papers.
